Child Safety Standards
Effective Date: January 2026
Voce is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and responsible platform for voice-based social interaction. Protecting children and preventing abuse is a core priority of our platform design, moderation practices, and community rules.
1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)
Voce strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form.
- Any sexual content involving minors
- Grooming, manipulation, or predatory behavior toward minors
- Solicitation, creation, possession, distribution, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Attempts to move minors to private or off-platform communication for exploitative purposes
- Any content or behavior that endangers, exploits, or harms children
Violations of these rules result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination and may be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.
2. Age Restrictions
Voce is intended for users 18 years of age or older, or the minimum legal age required in the user’s country. We do not knowingly allow accounts created by underage users. If an underage account is identified, it is removed immediately along with associated data.
3. Reporting & Moderation
Voce provides in-app tools that allow users to:
- Report abusive, exploitative, or unsafe content
- Report users engaging in harmful or inappropriate behavior
- Block or mute other users
All reports are reviewed by Voce’s moderation team. Content violating child safety standards is removed promptly, with enforcement actions based on severity.
4. Detection & Prevention Measures
To maintain a safe environment, Voce uses a combination of:
- User reporting mechanisms
- Content review and moderation processes
- Account enforcement and restriction systems
These measures are designed to identify and address violations of child safety standards as quickly as possible.
5. Cooperation With Authorities
Voce complies with all applicable child protection, online safety, and exploitation prevention laws. Where legally required, we preserve information and cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities in investigations involving CSAE or CSAM.
6. Child Safety Contact
For child safety concerns, reports of CSAE, or official inquiries related to child protection, please contact our designated child safety point of contact:
